| 9:00 a.m. | Group heads to the Ikebukuro station to take subway to Shibuya 16 minutes by subway). Take the Fukutoshin Line from Ikebukuro to Shibuya |
| 9:30 a.m. | See the famous Shibuya crossing as you leave the station |
| 9:35 a.m. | Walk from the Shibuya station to the NHK broadcast center (10 minutes by walk) |
| 10:00 a.m. | Receive a tour of the NHK broadcast center along with Q&A session from company’s worker —pending approval from company |
| 11:30 p.m. | Have lunch near NHK broadcast center |
| 12:30 p.m. | After lunch, walk down the street to NHK publishing (3 minutes by walk) |
| 1:00 p.m. | Receive tour of the NHK publishing building as well as learn how NHK broadcast and publishing work together and have a Q&A session with company’s working–pending approval from company |
| 2:30 p.m. | Have free afternoon exploring Shibuya |
| 5:00 p.m. | Meet at the Shibuya station to travel back as a group to Ikebukuro Station |
| 5:30 p.m. | Arrive at Ikebukuro station |
