| 3:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m. | Arrival in Tokyo Japan in the afternoon |
| 5:30 p.m. | Travel agency has bus at the airport and take them off to drop them off at the hostel->see if there is a hostel with a hotel right next to it for faculty members |
| 6:30 p.m. | Arrive at hostel and hotel, get checked in and settled |
| 7:00 p.m. | Dinner as group near hostel (for all A-State programs in Japan) |
